ServiceS
Data Center and Internet Services
Our state-of-the-art data centers use the latest technology to guarantee powerful performance and availability. They’re reliable too. We’ve built-in multiple levels of redundancy to ensure consistently high performance, including redundant components and multiple active paths for cooling and power distribution. If any one of the data centers suffers power loss, emergency backup generators are ready to kick in to maintain continuity of service.
And, of course, they are secure. When it comes to sensitive business data, we can’t afford to take any chances. Fully compliant with the latest security policies and audit guidelines, we take a meticulous approach ensuring that your private data stays private, and is protected at all times.
Fiber Optic and Wireless Networks
Smart Systems provides internet services over fiber, where required, reliable microwave bridges are used for last-mile connectivity. The highlights of our internet services over fiber are:
- High Quality of Service (providing to you a full-duplex dedicated
- Service).
- Unmatchable availability reaching as high as 99.5% 3 backup
- Paths with automatic switch over insuring full time internet service.
- Special “pay as you go” VSAT backup solution for even additional
- Reliability
- 24/7 in-country helpdesk support
- High level of security through actively monitored firewall systems.
CATV and IPTV
Satellite Analog Cable TV
Smart Systems provides turnkey, centralized, professional Satellite CATV systems using top-of-the-line equipment from industry leading companies. Our services have many outstanding benefits, including easy to use, centralized management, wide channel choice including free to air and paid channels such as OSN.
Satellite IPTV Solutions
Satellite IPTV is distributing Satellite TV channels (including free-to-air and paid channels) over client’s LAN network eliminating the need for a separate cabling required for an analog SMATV solution.
TCS has extensive hands-on experience in setting up Satellite
IPTV solutions including the very special challenges of providing paid-TV packages such as OSN on an IPTV system.
We have installed solutions from multiple vendors such as Exterity, NETUP, SysMaster and Android.
CCTV and Security Surveillance
Smart Systems has extensive experience in designing and installation of different CCTV and access control systems as well as other security surveillance solutions.
By carefully assessing our clients’ requirements, we design, install and maintain cost-effective security systems which achieve and exceed our clients’ expectations.
Smart Systems has successfully implemented tens of large and small CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) systems including Analog and IP-based solutions from vendors such as Pelco, Samsung, Bosch, Dahua and Asix. We also are the sole distributor for Dahua, which is currently marked 4th in the surveillance industry.
For every project, we would first review the requirements and after a careful analysis of the environment, we propose a solution considering the below factors:
- Whether an analog or IP-based solution should be used
- Type of cameras to be used (from simple fixed and PTZ cameras to special thermal or flare camera)
- The transmission media (coaxial cable, fiber, wireless, UTP)
- How the cameras should be powered (POE, power over UTP, centralized power)
- Type of storage / control system (DVR or NVR, storage capacity, redundancy)
Fire Alarm and PAGA Solutions
Fire Alarm solutions are a key element in any safe facility. TCS designs, procures, installs and maintains fire alarm solutions that would fully match your business requirements. In developing our fi re alarm solutions, we take the below factors into account:
- Whether a conventional or addressable solution would be suitable
- The number and type of sensors and detectors
- The number and location of manual call points
- The number and type of sound and flashlight strobes
- The number of alarm zones
- Whether the fire alarm solution should be integrated into other systems such as the PAGA (Public Alert and General Alarm) or even the multimedia systems in the compound
- Any other special features required …
Public Alert and General Alarm (PAGA)
Smart Systems has extensive experience in designing and implementing PAGA (Public Alert and General Alarm) systems. We’ve successfully implemented solutions from leading vendors such as TOA, Bosch and Federal Signal. In developing our PAGA solutions, we take the below factors into account:
- Whether a conventional small PA solution is required or a highly advanced digital PAGA is what the client needs
- The location and type of indoor speakers
- The location and type of outdoor speakers
- The number and power of the amplifiers
- The paths and size of speaker cables
- The number of call points and microphones
- Whether redundancy is required or not
- Battery backup power
- Would the client require alarms or pre-recorded alert messages?
Whether the system needs to be integrated with a fire alarm System or PBX
Access Control
Smart Systems designs and implements different access control systems based on solutions from multiple vendors. These can include standalone card readers up to a complicated networked solutions consisting of tens of card and biometric readers, door controllers, turnstiles, road blockers and sensors.
Whether your organization is large or small, the importance of managing access to your premises cannot be over-emphasized. Therefore at Smart Systems we design our solutions based on the understanding that every organization or company operates differently, and each has individual needs and requirements.
Firefighting FM200
Fire safety systems are of great importance in order to prevent fires. Thanks to these systems, the loss of life and property caused by fires can be prevented. There are many types of fire safety systems. It is necessary to make a choice taking into account the width of the area to be protected and the nature of the materials and substances in it. FM200 fire extinguishing systems are also part of this diversity.
Rise Floor
Raised floors have applications where, as in the data center, electrical or cooling equipment is best situated under the floor. Those applications include the following:
- office spaces
- libraries
- computer rooms
- call centers
- classrooms
- command centers
A raised floor system design for some of these applications is less critical to the functioning of the organization than it is in a data center. For example, an office setting might use specially designed carpet tiles for a raised floor to keep wires out of the way or out of sight but not for cooling purposes.
Raised floors provide critical functionality that helps data centers reach their efficiency goals. Learn how data centers can use green energy to achieve efficiency goals as well.
